Monday Monday

So the weekend is over :( and it's back to the grind. Today was an okay day at work - Kept busy, went to Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch - yum! My fave. soup was there today - White Cheddar Broccoli. It's only there on Mondays - so that is when I try and go! :)

I came home from work and made a Boboli pizza for dinner - extra cheese and goat cheese - yum again! :) Now - I'm in organization mode - I'm creating new file folders for 2006 and storing our 2005 folders away in the storage closet. I've also been going through our miscellaneous folders - purging, shredding, and reorganizing - I love it! Wish I could skip work tomorrow and organize more! Hopefully I'll be able to do more organization over the next few nights and the weekend! We'll see where the week takes me!

Anyway - it's time for some reading and hopefully I'll be asleep by 11pm - Key word is hopefully!

Friday Night Fun

Ok - So our neighbors just left and all I can say is 'What a fun time!' It's so nice to hang out with our neighbors - 3 other couples that we met during Hurricane Wilma. 3 of us couples live in the same building and the 4th couple lives in the next building! They are all awesome - in their each and own individual way!

Tonight - we were missing Billy and Adam - They are in South Carolina for now. So Michelle and Jocelyn were w/o their hubbies! We missed them but still had a great time as always when we get together! We had filet mignon, pasta, veggies and salad for dinner. Wine, beer, and martinis to drink. A Bailey's Irish Cream chocolate cake for dessert - to celebrate John's birthday! Then we played Cranium's Whoonu! - it was sooooooooooo much fun! Definitely learn a lot about other people - what they like and don't like. It was a blast! I took pictures, so I hope to have those developed over the weekend - and I'll post some here when I do :)

Now - it's off to bed for me! Night everyone! :)

Picture Time

Going to add a picture to make sure it works... This is my hubbie and me when we had our families over for a belated Turkey Day dinner in the beginning of December - since I couldn't host Thanksgiving dinner due to a nasty cold that decided to visit me the week of...Anway, once I got better, we had everyone over and had a wonderful turkey dinner and a fabulous time with everyone! Love you guys! :)

Jumping on the Bandwagon

Ok, ok - so I'm jumping on the blog bandwagon. I have been reading other blogs of scrapbookers that I admire for quite some time and decided I would like a way to preserve the day to day happenings in my life. Even better - so I can have 'present-tense' journaling for my scrapbook pages - like Carrie talks about in her blog.

So, here we go...

John and I are getting together tonight with our neighbors to hang out, have dinner, drink, and play boardgames. It's such a great time with them :) So glad we met them during Hurricane Wilma - We were CAMP LAGO! :)

Not sure what else I will be up to this weekend - I hope to get some scrapbooking time in - as I have been neglecting that for a few months - Hopefully that will change soon - like this weekend! :)
